Okay, here's how the mysterious Chanan gets those great pics...

He enlists two accomplices (the owner/exhibitor and someone of their choosing) to sit at either end of a table. With a backdrop behind, Chanan in front and an accomplice on either side, the cat is basically boxed in. The accomplices keep the cat from jumping off the table and tease it with a feather or other cat toy to get it to strike cute poses while Chanan captures those Kodak moments!
